Promotion to the Premiership was cemented with an away victory at Wolves in May 1999.
The first game in the Premiership in the season 1999-2000 was away at Middlesbrough which the Bantams won 1-0.
In the second season 2000/2001, after a pre-season flirtation with the Inter-Toto Cup, the Bantams were relegated.
Two subsequent relegations find us back in Division 2 (four)
