A stadium was built on the Valley Parade site originally to house the Manningham Rugby Football Club. In 1903 there was a change in emphasis and Bradford City A.F.C. was formed. The stadium has since undergone a variety of changes and upgrades. The most significant change was the redevelopment of the facilities after the devastating Bradford City fire in 1985. Subsequent additional modifications have seen Valley Parade developed into a large and relatively modern stadium with a capacity circa 25,000. Several Badges either feature the stadium or reference Valley Parade.
